Northern California
Here are some images from our trip to California in September. A big shout to Denis for his unending hospitality. We hit the city for 3 days including the Treasure Island Music Fest, and then drove north up Route 1 for about 120 miles. Over the next week or so, I'll be posting many more photos on my flickr site, so check out the full load there:

The festival included my new fav built to spill as well as spoon, clap your hands..., m ward, and modest mouse. A very cool scene just across the bay from downtown.

View of redwoods from our cabin at St Orres Inn.
This Inn and Restaurant was built by the owners in a Russian style, which relates to the region's history. The main buildings are timber framed and hand crafted throughout with incredible attention to detail. The cabins varied in size and shape with some having elaborate copper domes and stained glass.

We are ready to go back...
